Get Calendar by Locator
Resolves exactly one of id or external_id within this organisation and returns the calendar. external_id resolves only the partner-owned identifier; the internal provider calendar identifier is never used as a public locator.

Resolves an immutable, case-sensitive external_id within this organisation and returns the blocked time. Use this endpoint to recover after an ambiguous create timeout before deciding whether to retry POST. Recurring masters and exceptions have distinct external_id values; the master response id is the Mateo UUID used as an exception series_id.
